“PREcision Care, Interventions, Screening, and Empowerment” (PRECISE) risk-stratified PCa screening strategy that will:
 

1) tailor screening strategies for men at elevated PCa risk,

2) Reduce screening related comorbidities and overtreatment,

3) Reduce disparities in prostate cancer mortality.

Through PRECISE implementation, we aim to reduce routine screenings for patients for whom the potential harms outweigh potential benefits, provide tools and enable conversations to help men make better screening decisions about their healthcare based on the value that will reduce prostate cancer disparities.
